These terms apply when you use sawiAI and buy credit packs. Please read the purchase policy before paying.
The service
sawiAI provides tools to create AI-generated images, short videos, and related content. Features, models, and prices shown in credits may change for future requests.
Accounts
Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the prompts and materials you submit.
Credit packs
Credit packs are one-time digital purchases, not subscriptions. The pack price and number of credits are shown before checkout. The credits needed for a generation are shown before you submit it.
Purchase refunds
All credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer voluntary refunds or cash redemption for unused credits. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record, may also issue refunds or handle chargebacks under its own policies. If a payment is refunded or reversed, we may remove the credits granted by that purchase, including credits already spent.
Failed generations
If a generation fails, the credits charged for that generation are returned to your sawiAI balance. This is a return of service credits, not a refund of the credit pack purchase.
Generated content
AI-generated results can be inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review content before you publish or rely on it, and make sure your prompts and use of results comply with applicable law and third-party rights.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date here. Changes to prices or generation credit costs apply to future purchases or requests, not completed ones.
